Volatile removal process (VRP) (catalytic oxidation)

This technology is based on the afterburning of volatile compounds at lower temperatures as compared to Incinerators due to the use of a catalyst and a heat exchanger to preheat the intake air.

VRP Unit effectively reduces the amount of various and extremely harmful volatile organic compounds in emissions at industrial plants while maintaining minimal energy consumption and minimal OPEX.

Toptech offers a complete supply of VRP Units, including equipment and catalysts.

Engineering & Supply

    Solution overview

Volatile removal process (VRP) based on catalytic oxidation This process is an alternative to conventional thermal oxidation in Incinerators and takes place at relatively low temperatures.
This solution effectively reduces emissions of harmful volatile organic compounds at industrial plants while maintaining minimal energy consumption.
